Customer Service is what has made us the #1 AmeriSpec Organization in North America! We go the extra mile everytime to ensure our customers a thorough inspection and that they understand the information that we are providing them. Too often, customers receive inspection information with too little detail to make an informed decision. This makes buyers nervous when not necessary and other times does not fully make them aware of a potential issue. We are here 24/7 to assist our clients, from our office staff to the owner, simply call or email to ensure peace of mind with your new home buying decision.
[We Stand Behind Our Work! ]
We guarantee every inspection we perform to be what we say or we will make it right, guaranteed! No other company stands behind their inspections to this level. If you are not completely satisfied with your inspection, we will refund your inspection fee. Properly settling our clients expections and what our limitations are prior to an inspection are very important in ensuring a customers satisfaction. If you have a home inspector tell you that they will find everything, ask them if they will stand behind that even if the issues are hidden? We prefer to be upfront with our clients. Are we thorough with our inspection, you bet, but we are not magicians and we cannot see through walls. Being honest with our clients and helping them through the home buying process is how "we" can help "you" reduce your risk as much as possible. We pride ourselves in going further than others in providing you a thorough inspection, but we cannot predict future issues. As an example, during our general home inspection we will run approximately 400-600 gallons of water through the plumbing system in the home. No evidence of any backing up in the sewer lines are
noted. The client moves in and during the first days in their new home they experience backing up in the floor drains. This can often go undetected during a home inspection and later occur due to material being flushed down the system that gets hung up on a break in the line or tree roots that have penetrated the line or previous waste solidifying in the waste lines after the home inspection. This can often be repaired by a simple snaking of the lines but may possibly be a costly repair. In either case, this can often go undetected by a home inspector. We will do all we can every time to assist you in preventing even these types of issues but it is important to recognize such limitations for us to be able to meet and exceed our customers expectations. One of the best ways to ensure that you learn all you can about your home and our inspection of the home is to attend the entire inspection and if that is not possible at least attend the walk through at the end to meet the inspector, walk through the issues, and to understand the components of the home and what we do on the inspection and after the inspection to ensure your complete satisfaction.
